Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• We offer Ground and Express (upon request) shipping via UPS
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

International Shipping

• We currently offer international shipping and expedited in-country shipping in Australia and New Zealand.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
• For Australian and New Zealand orders, all customs fees, taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price.

Shipping Delays & Issues
