Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- We offer Ground and Express (upon request) shipping via UPS
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping and expedited in-country shipping in Australia and New Zealand.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- For Australian and New Zealand orders, all customs fees, taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays & Issues
